Introducing eConsult to improve digital access

As of 27th June 2023 we have introduced eConsult as our online consultation provider in order to improve our triaging and responsiveness for your medical and administrative concerns. 

The number of queries and appointments asked from us – and indeed all General practice across NW London – is at its highest. Wembley Park Medical Centre wish to maximise patients and carers having a positive experience using digital access methods. Please note that eConsult should not be used for emergencies or urgent medical needs and can be used for anyone above 6 months of age.  

We hope that our telephone queues in the morning can be shortened and that those who cannot use the online services have better access via our telephone system. 

We would like to inform our patients that we have a multi-professional team consisting of physician associates, clinical pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physiotherapists, doctors in training and GPs. Our team is involved in triaging and online consulting and come with significant experience and expertise. By having a diverse clinical team we can respond to your needs much more quickly. We also collaborate with our community pharmacy colleagues and where we feel that your medical query could be managed by optimising self-care and consulting with a community pharmacist we will advise accordingly.
