Sumita Chattopadhyay

Sumita is an experienced Practice Nurse with over 22 years in primary care. She joined Wembley Park Medical Centre in 2017 and currently serves as the Lead Nurse, specialising in diabetes management.  Sumita is a Registered Nurse with advanced training in chronic disease management and is also a qualified prescriber.  She began her career at the Royal London Hospital before moving into primary care, where she focuses on prevention, health promotion, and chronic disease support. Sumita is passionate about patient education, holistic care, and mentoring colleagues to maintain high professional standards.
